How do I book a consultation?
Booking a consultation with me is simple, whether you’re looking for an in-depth sleep session, a follow-up consultation, or a troubleshooting email consultation. Here’s how it works:

Once you’ve chosen your consultation type, you’ll be directed to a secure payment page. Complete your payment to confirm your booking.
Step 3: Receive confirmation and next steps
After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with:
Step 4: Submit Your Questionnaire
For In-depth sleep sessions and follow-up consultations, please ensure you complete the questionnaire at least 24 hours before our meeting. This allows me to review your responses and prepare fully for our session.
For troubleshooting email consultations, submit the questionnaire as soon as possible. After I receive your responses, I’ll review them and send you a detailed email with my suggestions within 3 working days (Monday to Friday).

However, I understand that even this may not be feasible for every family, which is why I’ve created additional options to ensure support is within reach ( reduced rates and Pay-it-forward). I support families with children from newborns to toddlers and even up to primary school age (10–11 years old). My approach is carefully tailored to each child’s developmental stage and unique needs.
I offer reduced-rate options based on trust—no proof of income is required. I trust you’ll only request this option if it’s truly needed.. Just reach out to me to discuss what works best for your family.
Yes! If you’re able to support another family, you can contribute to my Pay-It-Forward fund. This fund provides families facing financial difficulties with access to the sleep support they need. Feel free to email me to learn more or to make a contribution.
I offer refunds within 24 hours of booking any of my packages to ensure that you don't book it when you are sleep-deprived and confused!
I stand behind my email consultation services with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If, after completing my consultation process and implementing my recommendations, you feel that my services did not meet your expectations, I will work with you to address your concerns and find a solution that satisfies you. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I'm committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need to improve your family's sleep situation.
For virtual face-to-face consultations, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After this point, your payment will be non-refundable.
