Consulting with me is educational, informative, and supportive. However, I do not guarantee a particular outcome, result, or timeframe. I am committed to providing current, evidence-based, compassionate, developmentally and age-appropriate information that aligns with your parenting style and does not compromise attachment or responsive parenting. I will never advocate for cry-it-out or modified versions thereof. I will coach you to choose solutions that are comfortable for you and your family.

Scope of Practice:
When working together, I will not simply dictate what to do but will collaborate with you to find suitable and sustainable solutions (coaching). I will use my training and experience to provide education and evidence-based suggestions. You are responsible for deciding whether to implement any techniques proposed. As an occupational therapist and certified holistic sleep coach, our consultation will focus solely on sleep and wellbeing. Any other concerns or queries should be addressed separately by an alternative practitioner.
Agreement to Work Together:
By choosing to work with me, you agree to:
- Adhere to safe sleep guidelines.
- Disclose any relevant medical issues that may affect sleep.
- Acknowledge my duty to report any concerns for your child's welfare to relevant health or safeguarding services, except in cases where immediate child safety takes priority.
- Provide certain personal details required for consultation, ensuring confidentiality.
- Pay for consultations or products in full prior to delivery.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
I offer refunds within 24 hours of booking any package. If you are dissatisfied with my services after completing the consultation process and implementing recommendations, I will work with you to address your concerns. If I cancel, I will offer an alternative appointment. If I determine that a different approach with another practitioner would be more suitable after reviewing your sleep diary and questionnaire, a full refund will be issued.
Follow-up and Availability:
Support will be provided as outlined in your purchased package. You will receive a calendar link to book follow-up sessions, depending on the package. Additional follow-up sessions can be purchased through my website if not included in your package.
